How BestBike rentals work
BestBike is an unmanned motorcycle rental partner that allows you to compare locations and models across various regions in Japan. Rather than a detailed list of models, this article introduces the usage flow: arriving at a location after booking is confirmed, departing, and returning to the same location. The key point is to avoid planning for a standard store pickup where you meet with a staff member.
Check the branch and motorcycle model
After selecting a major city like Tokyo, Osaka, or Fukuoka, please check if you can pick up your desired model at a branch near your accommodation. Even for the same PCX125 model, products are categorized as "Standard" or "Popular Branch" items, so do not assume you can pick it up at just any branch based on the product name alone. Please verify the exact address and assigned model based on this reservation guide.
Find the key box code in your confirmation
The registration pickup method involves picking up and returning the vehicle 24 hours a day at the key box in the parking lot in front of the station, and receiving the password after the reservation is confirmed. Do not assume that a staff member is always present on-site. Please prepare by checking the map, vehicle location, and key box instructions before departure, inspecting the vehicle and its components, and contacting staff before moving if any issues are found.

The PCX125 flagship product requires a reservation at least 48 hours prior to use, as well as the relevant motorcycle driving license and a foreign passport. You must verify the issuing country and document requirements regarding the recognition of your foreign license. Fees are based on the pickup and return dates, and separate settlement instructions will be provided for exceeding the standard mileage limit. Returns must generally be made to the same branch; one-way returns require inquiry.
