When will you need your filming phone?
The pickup location varies depending on whether you plan to film only for the day of the concert or use the equipment for travel photos and maps starting from your arrival at the airport. Rather than comparing airport, venue, and Hongdae store pickups based solely on the same price tag, please determine your actual first usage date and last return date of the equipment.

Just because a venue is listed in the product catalog does not mean you can receive it on every performance date. Please check the date, model, and location options, as well as the meeting location in the confirmation message.
Allow time between landing and pickup
For Holidays Galaxy products require pickup within Incheon Airport Terminals 1 and 2 operating hours, as well as confirmation of advance reservation and booking confirmation. Since immigration, baggage handling, and customs remain after landing, please verify available pickup times and methods for contacting regarding delays rather than booking an immediate meeting. It is important to distinguish between a booking request and a booking confirmation before arriving at the airport.

Leave time for pickup before venue entry
Fantory lists Galaxy and iPhone items for venue pickup, as well as products from the Hongdae store. Please allow time to check the camera, charger, and contents immediately after pickup. Please confirm separately via announcements from the ticket vendor and the organizer regarding whether filming is permitted at the venue. The fact that you have rented equipment does not imply permission to film.
Include the return journey in your comparison
Do not assume that you can return the device received at the airport to the venue or leave it at another location. It is helpful to compare options considering round-trip travel time, usage period, and designated return methods. If you need time to transfer photos, check with your partner first to see which time option suits you best, rather than returning it immediately after the performance ends.
