Go camping in Japan without bulky luggage
Hinata Rental allows you to select the equipment needed for your camping trip and pick it up at the reception desk of a registered campsite. Instead of bringing your tent and bedding as checked baggage, compare sets that suit your group size and preferred camping style. Equipment rental and campsite accommodation reservations are separate.
Beginner, solo and shelter sets compared
If you are camping with friends for the first time, you can narrow down your options to an introductory set based on the number of people; if you are going alone, a solo configuration; or if you want to share sleeping and resting spaces, a shelter and tarp setup. Please check first whether tents, bedding, tables, and cooking utensils are actually included in the options, rather than focusing on the number of items. Please note that the colors and accessories shown in the photos are not provided exactly as they appear.
Prepare your campsite booking confirmation
Representative products require the submission of campsite reservation and payment confirmations. Booking an equipment package does not automatically secure a camping spot. Please select a campsite and dates, verify if the product is available for pickup at that location, and then choose your number of people and equipment options. Do not assume that on-site pickup is available at all campsites.

This is an instruction regarding the standard procedure of receiving items at the campsite reception desk or administration building and returning them to the reception desk by 14:00 on the return day. Exceptions will be individually notified by Hinata. Since the campsite checkout and equipment return deadlines may differ, please plan your packing and unpacking times based on the return schedule. Please note that replacement items may be sent for some tools, and chair color selection is not available.
