Does Your Family Need a Tent?

The Family Camp Set includes a tent, tent mat, sleeping bags suitable for the number of people, and an LED lantern. If your family needs to prepare a tent, please check the season and headcount requirements for this product first. If you have a preferred model, confirmation is required after booking, and this does not guarantee that your desired model will be assigned.

Already Have a Tent? Rent the Other Essentials

The set without a tent includes three summer sleeping bags, an LED lantern, and three pieces of camping gear. Please check first whether the facility has its own tent or if the reserved facility provides one before making your selection. Do not assume that chairs, tables, and cooking equipment are all included; compare the actual item list with the personal items you need.

Choose Delivery or Store Pickup for Your Itinerary

In principle, you must make a reservation at least 5 days prior to your scheduled use date, and the reservation will be confirmed after stock availability is verified. Since delivered items are shipped to arrive the day before your use date, please have your delivery address and contact person ready. If you wish to have the items delivered to the campsite, you must first check the campsite's courier acceptance availability and the partner's shipping conditions. Pickup at the reception desk is not guaranteed at all campsites.

If you select store pickup, you will pick up the items at the selected store on your reservation date and return them to the same store. On days when traveling with family, please allow time for travel and setup between picking up the equipment and checking into the campsite. Campsite sites and equipment rentals must be arranged separately.

Check Pickup Locations and Your Route

Please plan your in-person pickup based on the branch and time indicated on your selected product and reservation confirmation. If you have selected delivery, please check the delivery address and the pickup person first.

Ship Gear Back by the Day After Your Rental Ends

You are instructed to complete the return procedures for equipment used via delivery by the day following the end of use. Please keep the enclosed Yamato Transport collect-on-delivery slip and pack the items after verifying the contents. As it is stated that cleaning or washing is not necessary after use, please follow the partner's packing and return instructions rather than disposing of them arbitrarily.

Leave Time to Enjoy Camping with Your Child

Including time for equipment pickup, setup, and takedown in your itinerary will allow you to make better use of your time at the campsite. Once you have decided on the number of people, the season, and whether or not you will be using a tent, please compare the configurations and dates of use among the products above. Please prepare your own personal clothing, food, and supplies.
