A bicycle trip in Jeju begins with selecting a model that fits your group's height, experience, luggage, and travel route. Electric bikes allow travelers who wish to assist with riding to compare options, while for MTBs and regular bicycles, it is best to check your usual riding style and the recommended height for each model first. Do not judge whether a bike fits your body or how far you can travel based solely on the motor output numbers.

The V6 range of the 500W model varies depending on the PAS level, body weight, wind, and gradient. When planning a daily route, please consult with us regarding usage methods and travel plans upon pickup rather than assuming you can definitely reach a specific distance. Free accessories are also subject to availability.
Pick Up at the Main Store and Leave Extra Luggage
Pickup and return are available at the Treasure Island Hiking main branch, and rental and consultation hours are listed as 08:00–18:00. The package includes a helmet suitable for the rider, a combination lock, a treasure map for the bike trip, storage of items at the store, and travel consultation. Please store any luggage not used during the trip at the store and check the bicycle and provided items together upon pickup.

Please plan your in-person pickup based on the branch and time indicated on your selected product and reservation confirmation. If you have selected delivery, please check the delivery address and the pickup person first.
Arrange Accommodation or Designated-Location Returns in Advance
Returning the vehicle to your accommodation or a designated location costs 20,000 KRW per unit and requires advance application. Do not assume that you can return the vehicle at any desired location at any time; please check the available areas, times, and additional conditions before booking. It makes planning your travel easier if you decide on a method that fits your schedule for the last day, choosing between returning to the main branch or a local location.
Plan for Rain and Family Rides
We advise suspending electric bicycle operation in heavy rain, and users are responsible for any breakdowns caused by riding in the rain. Advance reservations are required for some standard MTB models, and guardian accompaniment is recommended for children's models. Please check the specifications of the selected model and the weather conditions for the day, and consult with us at the store regarding your route.
Leave Time for the Coast and Your Return
Before departure, check the helmet, lock, and return location and time, and plan an itinerary that your group can enjoy together.
