Getting there and returning
Gallery Place–Chinatown station serves the Red, Yellow, and Green lines and connects directly to the arena. For a practical one-to-three-hour pre-show stop, visit the nearby National Portrait Gallery, then walk the short F Street route to the venue. Expect station congestion after the show and recheck the final train time with WMATA that day.
Entry preparation
Tickets use Ticketmaster mobile delivery; PDFs and printed tickets are not valid. The arena enforces a strict no-bag policy: wallet-size clutches may be up to 5×7 inches, while medical and parenting bags may be up to 14×14×6 inches. Concert re-entry requires a new ticket.
