Choose a Package for Your Skiing Experience

Standard skis are recommended as basic equipment for beginners and intermediate customers using groomed slopes. They include skis, poles, boots, and binding adjustment and fitting. Standard snowboards consist of a board, boots, and fitting, so please decide whether you will ski or snowboard first.

Check Whether Premium Options Include Boots

Premium skis are high-end equipment for adults designed to enjoy various snow conditions, and you are instructed to select whether boots are included. Premium snowboards are also products where you select whether boots are included. Do not assume that all accessories or backcountry safety gear are included simply because of the "Premium" designation. Models and sizes vary depending on body measurements, skill level, and stock availability.

Provide Your Child’s Measurements for Kids Skis

Kids' skis are available starting from a minimum boot length of 15.5cm and a minimum ski length of 67cm, and it is stated that consultation is available for children approximately 80–90cm tall. This does not mean that these sizes will fit every child. Please provide your exact height, foot size, and experience level to confirm availability. Kids' snowboards are not included in this package.

Choose Hirafu Pickup or Accommodation Delivery

For in-store pickup, please receive the item at the Hirafu store at the time specified on the confirmation and return it by the specified deadline. The registered product also includes information on free delivery to hotels and apartments in the Niseko area; you must verify the exact name of the accommodation, delivery availability, and confirmed time. Do not assume that delivery is available at all accommodations or times; please check based on your arrival schedule on the first day.

Check Pickup Locations and Your Route

Please plan your in-person pickup based on the branch and time indicated on your selected product and reservation confirmation. If you have selected delivery, please check the delivery address and the pickup person first.

Check Clothing, Goggles and Gloves Separately

The basic adult package does not include helmets, apparel, goggles, gloves, or insurance. Please note that goggles and gloves are not available for rent but can be purchased at the store. The Kids Ski package includes a helmet, but apparel, goggles, and gloves must be prepared separately. The images shown in this text are examples of usage and do not represent the complete rental package.

Confirm Rental Dates and Booking Conditions

Please be advised that the balance will not be refunded for cancellations or early returns after the rental has started, and there are no refunds for inclement weather or lift suspensions. Once you have determined your party's experience, physical condition, and accommodation, please check the dates and options in the package above. We also arrange separate reservations for lifts, lessons, and equipment.
