Getting to the arena
The venue’s directions give an approximately 14-minute walk from Balsan Station Exit 5 on Line 5, or 15 minutes from Gayang Station Exit 8 on Line 9. Compare your entire hotel route rather than just the walk. Reaching the station is not the same as reaching your admission line: leave time for walking and checking event signs. Keep the original address, 서울특별시 강서구 공항대로 376, available for navigation. Follow KBS Arena signs, not another sports facility on the grounds.
Arriving from the airport
From Incheon Airport, consider AREX to Gimpo Airport followed by Line 9 towards Gayang. Check the actual service and interchange on your travel date. No luggage-storage arrangement has been verified at the venue, so consider leaving large airport bags at your accommodation first; this is not a promise that luggage can be taken inside.
A short Seoul Botanic Park outing
If you have a free afternoon, Seoul Botanic Park’s Open Forest and lakeside area offer an optional one-to-two-hour outing. The official map shows the park connection from Magongnaru Station Exits 3 and 4. Afterwards, use Line 9 to Gayang and continue on foot to the arena. The park is not adjacent to the concert building. Indoor conservatory hours and admission are separate checks. On Sunday, bring the walk and meal forward because the show begins an hour earlier.
Planning the journey back
The notice lists admission for ages eight and above and an estimated 120-minute performance. An estimate is not a guaranteed finishing time. Account for the exit crowd and walk to the station, and check the last connection all the way to your hotel. No unverified last-train time is quoted here. Save your hotel address and an alternative route, and bring a layer for outdoor waiting.
