LOCARORA User Guide

Here's how to easily rent and return items you need at your travel destination.


1. Search & Book

  1. Select your travel city on the LOCARORA website or app.
  2. Browse products by category or search directly.
  3. On the product detail page, select your rental period (start date to end date).
  4. Click the Book Now button to proceed with payment.

You can check other users' reviews and L-Trust certification on the partner's profile page.


2. Payment Methods

LOCARORA supports various payment methods.

  • Credit / Debit Cards — VISA, Mastercard, JCB, and other major card networks
  • Mobile Payments — KakaoPay, NaverPay, TossPay
  • International Payments — Cards issued overseas are also accepted

After payment, a reservation confirmation email will be sent, and you can also check your booking in My Page.


3. Delivery & Pickup

Pickup methods may vary by partner.

  • Direct Pickup — Pick up at a location designated by the partner (hotel lobby, airport, station, etc.)
  • Accommodation Delivery — For delivery-eligible items, delivered to your accommodation address
  • Pickup Points — Pick up at designated pickup points

What to Prepare for Pickup

  • Reservation confirmation email or booking number in the app
  • ID (for some high-value items)

4. Return

Please return the item by the end of your rental period using one of the following methods.

  • Original Pickup Location — Return to the same location where you picked up
  • Designated Return Location — Return to a separate location specified by the partner
  • Delivery Return — Ship to the return address if delivery return is available

Additional charges may apply if you exceed the return time, so please check the schedule.


5. Cancellation & Refund

  • 7 days before start date — Full refund
  • 3 days before start date — 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days before start date — No refund

6. L-Trust System

LOCARORA operates the L-Trust certification system for safe transactions.

  • Partner Verification — Partners who have completed identity and business verification
  • User Protection — Protection program for non-intentional damage
  • Review System — Read honest reviews from actual users
