I used it at Hwajeong Gymnasium. On-site pickup and return were convenient, and the sharing of backup data afterwards was very fast, so I was very satisfied.

The concert was at KSPO DOME, but I wouldn't recommend going to Hongdae to pick it up, as it takes about an hour each way. Also, the office address was difficult to find; I had to ask the building manager of the building next door for directions. The pantry was unmanned and only had lockers. They responded via chat, but the locker number was unclear, and I had to open three lockers before finally receiving my rental item. Last time, I chose on-site pickup and the service was excellent, so I recommend choosing products with on-site pickup and in-person assistance. The image quality was very good, and the data transfer was handled quickly on the same day. Thank you.

I was a little worried because there weren't many reviews, but they answered my questions quickly, and I was able to rent with peace of mind until the end! I would like to rent again :)
