Cancellation before delivery (refund) If your order has not yet been shipped, we will refund the rental fee in full upon your cancellation request. Refunds may take 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be processed. Defective rental items (initial defects) If an obvious initial defect is found within 48 hours of receiving the product, we will exchange or refund the product. - How to report a defective product: Please send us a photo or video showing the defect, the rental model name, and the order number by email. - Return method: Recommended to send by enclosed letter pack (optional delivery also available) - Verification result: If it is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge or refund the full rental fee. Refund due to customer convenience (after product shipping) - Before rental begins (if unused): If the item has not been opened or used, you can return it for a refund.
