Product Description
This is a rental service for the Honda Grom (Class 2 moped, street, manual transmission). The rental fee is per 24-hour period, and you can pick up and return the bike at one of our seven standard locations, all located in parking lots near train stations. It's available 24/7, 365 days a year, and is contactless (key box) rental. After your reservation, our partner will confirm the vehicle is ready before your booking is finalized.

Pricing is per 24 hours. Set the return time no later than the pickup time (later returns are charged one extra day).
If you exceed the mileage allowance, a long-distance option is charged afterwards.
Pickup and return are at the same station. Ask after booking if you need one-way return.

FAQs
You will need a Japanese motorcycle license appropriate to the vehicle class, or an international driving permit (from a Geneva Convention signatory country) along with your national driver's license and passport. For mopeds, a moped license or higher is sufficient.
It's calculated in 24-hour increments. One day is defined as the period up to the same time the day after receipt, which is indicated by the "2 days" display on Locarola. Additional charges apply for each additional day thereafter, while a flat rate applies for one week and one month.
You can pick up and return your vehicle 24 hours a day at the key box located in the parking lot in front of the station. We will inform you of the key box's PIN code after your reservation is confirmed.
Cancellation fees apply as follows: 1,500 yen up to 72 hours before delivery, 50% between 72 and 48 hours before, and 100% after 48 hours before.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
The cancellation policy below is the partner's policy and takes precedence over LOCARORA's policy.
Cancellation fees apply up to 72 hours before pickup: 1,500 yen / 72 to 48 hours before pickup: 50% of the fee / 48 hours or less before pickup: 100% of the fee. In principle, no refunds will be given for cancellations due to weather or other reasons.
