Temporary booths will be available on the day of the performance (Detailed operating hours will be announced separately for each performance).

Device pickup and return are only possible within the booth operating hours.

When picking up a device, you must bring an ID and proof of reservation (e.g., mobile screen) for identity verification.

📦 Pickup and Return Method

Visit the designated '[Company Name] Temporary Booth' inside the venue.

Present your reservation confirmation message (e.g., Locarola) to the staff to pick up the device.

When returning the device, visit the same temporary booth to return it and check its condition.

💾 Additional On-site Services (Optional)

Data Backup Service: We will safely back up data recorded with your rented device.

On-site USB Sales: If you have not prepared personal storage media, you can purchase a backup USB on-site.

🔐 Available only to Locarola authenticated users.
📱 You must bring a mobile device with the LOCARORA app installed when renting and returning.
📩 Reservation confirmation is complete only after you receive the Locarora reservation confirmation message.
📲 Information on pickup and return methods and all usage guidelines will be delivered via Locarora messages, so prior verification is required.
⏰ Late Payment: If the rental period is exceeded without prior agreement, a late payment fee of three times the normal rental fee for the same period will be charged.
🔧 Damage: The full cost of repairs for all damage, including minor scratches from daily use, must be compensated within 3 days. Failure to pay will result in a late fee (3 times the amount).
🚨 Loss: In the event of product loss, you must compensate the full amount based on the new recommended retail price on the manufacturer's official website within 3 days. Failure to pay will result in a late fee (3 times the price).
❗ Failure to return: If returned more than 24 hours after the return date, it may be considered embezzlement, and the full product price and late fees (3 times) will be charged, and legal action may be taken.

FAQs

The unmanned pickup zone operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and access is permitted only during the rental period.

Use the access control link delivered at 6:00 PM the day before the rental, and a mobile device with the Locarora app installed and an internet connection are required.

You must retrieve the device using the locker number and password provided, and return it to the same locker at the same location.

You may use it freely during the rental period, but entry and return are not possible outside of the period.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

The cancellation policy below is the partner's policy and takes precedence over LOCARORA's policy.

Cancel reservation - Cancellation 24 hours prior to rental period: Full refund of rental fee paid - Cancellation within 24 hours of rental period: 100% of the total rental amount will be charged as a penalty.
