Booking and pickup Collect and return the vehicle at the Taichung Station office between 09:00 and 21:00, Taiwan time. Returns outside opening hours are not available. Confirm your reservation and vehicle availability before visiting. Foreign customers must bring an International Driving Permit, passport and home-country driving licence. Before booking, check which vehicle categories your documents cover in Taiwan and which supporting documents the office requires. Foreign customers pay a NT$10,000 security deposit by credit card at pickup. It is returned two months after the rental start date. Any traffic fines and related charges are deducted before the remaining balance is returned.

Return and rental conditions Petrol scooters are collected with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. A charge applies if fuel is missing. Each day includes 60 km of driving at no extra charge, both within Taichung and in other counties and cities. Excess mileage costs NT$10 per km. Both the pickup and return dates count as rental days. A same-day rental is one day; the 10th to the 12th is three days, regardless of the pickup and return times. Contact the office before extending the rental. Late-return charges vary by vehicle. Confirm insurance coverage and your liability in the event of an accident with the office before booking.
