Frequently asked questions
Where do I enter the Eskimo eSIM promo code?
Enter LOCARORAGIFT in the gift code field when you sign up in the Eskimo app, and 1GB of free data is added to your account. It can't be used on an existing Eskimo account.
What is an eSIM, and does my phone support it?
An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. You install it from the app instead of swapping SIM cards, and you can keep your current number. Many recent iPhone and Galaxy models support eSIM, but it depends on the model and where it was bought, so check device compatibility in the Eskimo app first.
Can I use it in Japan, Thailand and other destinations?
