Check Children’s Sizes Before Your Trip

Check the child's current height and foot size and compare them with the size chart in the product options and available stock. Adults should also check the size indicated in the clothing options and whether inner layers are included. Items and sizes necessary for actual wear take precedence over color or the model in the photo. Please prepare personal clothing that comes into direct contact with the skin and consumables not on the registered list separately.

Choose Delivery Before Use or Reserved Store Pickup

In principle, reservations must be made at least 5 days prior to the date of use and will be confirmed after stock availability is verified. Please note that delivered items are dispatched to arrive the day before the date of use. If you plan to pick up your items at your accommodation, please confirm the accommodation's parcel receiving availability and the recipient's name in advance. Delivery is not guaranteed to be available at any reception desk at all accommodations or campsites.

If you select store pickup, you will pick up the item at the selected store at the reserved time and return it to the same store. Please include time in your travel schedule to pick up the item and check its condition. Ship Items Back by the Day After Your Rental Ends

Delivery users are instructed to complete return procedures using the enclosed Yamato Transport collect-on-delivery slip by the day following the end of the service period. As it is stated that cleaning or washing is unnecessary after use, please follow the partner's packaging and return instructions rather than washing it on your own.
