The arena occupies Kobe's Shinko waterfront rather than the space immediately outside a central station. Its current access page gives approximately 20 minutes on foot from JR Sannomiya or 13 minutes from Port Terminal on the Port Liner. These are the facility's normal approach estimates, not guarantees during concert crowd control. Sannomiya is used by several rail operators, so check your actual station and the southbound route toward the harbor rather than assuming there is one shared exit.

The facility states that it has no car or bicycle parking. Its latest visitor notice also prohibits roadside drop-off or pick-up nearby and taxis entering the site, including taxi collection bookings. Plan a public-transport return instead of promising yourself a car waiting at the entrance. Extra event shuttle service must be confirmed for this concert; a general arena service description is not a guaranteed NCT WISH schedule. With the ending unknown, check your accommodation-bound train and backup route on the travel date. Prices, seats, collection and bag or camera rules remain unverified. Kobe's tourism office identifies Meriken Park at Hatobacho 2, Chuo-ku, with waterfront views of the Port Tower and Maritime Museum. For a pre-concert break, head from Sannomiya toward the harbor, eat and take a short walk, then continue toward the Shinko arena. The park is not the concert entrance and this guide does not promise a fixed walk between them. Allow one to three hours for the break as an editorial suggestion, adjusting the return margin when doors are announced. If the waterfront is windy or wet, move the stroll to the next daytime period rather than rushing it before entry.
