Cancellation & Refund Policy

The cancellation policy below is the partner's policy and takes precedence over LOCARORA's policy.

■ Cancellation up to 72 hours before the start date of service Based on your cancellation request, we will cancel your order. (Full refund) ■ Cancellations made from 72 hours before the start date to the start date of service If the rental item has not yet been shipped: We will cancel your order. (Full refund) If your rental item has already been shipped: Please be sure to return it using the return kit on the day you received it. [If you return the item on the same day you received it] Once we receive and confirm the returned item, we will cancel your order. (Full refund) [If you return the item on or after the day following the date of receipt] We will calculate the rental period by considering the day you receive the product as "Day 1 of rental" and the day you return it using the return kit as "Last day of rental," and charge you for the corresponding number of days of rental. We will refund the difference between the amount paid at the time of order and the amount charged. ■ After you start using the service (after you receive the product) We cannot accept cancellations during the rental period. Please note that even if you return the item earlier than scheduled (early return), we cannot provide a refund (prorated) for the unused period. ■ Regarding defects in rental items (initial defects) If you encounter any problems with the product after receiving it, please contact us on the same day you receive it, attaching photos or videos that show the condition of the product. If we confirm that the product is defective upon arrival, we will either replace it with a substitute product or cancel your order (with a full refund). Please note that if you contact us on or after the day following the date of receipt, we will not be able to handle it as an initial defect (exchange or cancellation), and it will be treated as a regular rental agreement. *Notes* Please note that processing refunds due to cancellations may take approximately 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). The "receipt date" and "return date" will be based on the shipping company's tracking data (delivery completion date and acceptance date). If you return the return kit by mail, the date it was mailed will be considered the return date. ■ Regarding damage to rental items during the rental period In the unlikely event that the rented items (device or accessories) are damaged during the rental period, please contact our customer center immediately. Regarding contract termination and refunds: The rental agreement will terminate at the time any damage occurs. Please note that in this case, we will not be able to provide refunds or pro-rata adjustments for the remaining rental period. Regarding the return of damaged items and late fees: Do not discard damaged items. Please return them using the enclosed return kit (Letter Pack) by the original "end date of rental." If the return is delayed, a late fee will be charged, just as with regular rentals. Regarding the repair cost bill: If the damage is determined to be due to the customer's negligence or carelessness (such as dropping or submersion in water), we will charge the customer for the actual costs incurred in restoring the item to its original condition.
