InterK Corporation

The equipment I received was in pristine condition, in a case, and screen-protected. I had previously booked a rental with another company offering a slightly cheaper service, but they unilaterally canceled at the last minute and didn't respond to my inquiries, which was very frustrating. This company, however, accommodated my request for a specific arrival date, and their quick responses to my inquiries were a huge help! The usage and return process is easy, so I highly recommend them!

The smartphone's functionality, packaging, and shipping condition were all excellent! However, I was told it would be shipped the day before the rental start date, but it arrived on the rental start date itself, which was a little disappointing. Also, while the smartphone itself was very good, transferring photos and videos was more difficult than I expected. I think it would be much more convenient and reassuring if a data transfer app were pre-installed, or if there were detailed instructions on how to transfer data, especially for those unfamiliar with data transfer. Overall, it was a great opportunity to actually try out a smartphone I was interested in. I hope the service will become even more user-friendly in the future! ✨

I was able to rent it at a lower price compared to other domestic companies, and the process from rental to return was smooth and excellent. Thank you!

The rental process was simple and easy to understand, and I was able to rent a clean GALAXY phone at a low price, which was great. I used it to film at the Seoul concert, and the 256GB capacity was enough to film all three shows, which was very convenient. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
