Second time renting. This time, picked up from Seokchon. Location is convenient to the station, easy pick up and drop off. Phone worked well and will use this service again. Thank you.

I was able to rent it very easily by picking it up on-site. The staff were very polite and helpful, even using a translation app. Thank you! The picture quality was also good! I brought an SD card, but the data was too large and I couldn't transfer everything, so I purchased an additional cloud service. I recommend using the cloud service.

Easy transaction. Phone worked perfectly, pick up and return was simple and trouble free. Also free water and snacks were good on hot summer day. Will use again and reccomend.

Everything went smoothly. I picked up a phone near the stadium without a problem. When I needed help with transferring data to the usb, a patient and kind staff member helped me, which was really nice. I highly recommend this platform for renting things, especially this place

The ability to pick up and return items directly at the venue was incredibly convenient, and the price was more affordable than other companies, which was a big plus. The staff who assisted me were very polite and handled the language settings perfectly. When I had any questions, they answered them immediately via chat, so I felt very comfortable using the service. However, there are restrictions on the pick-up time, so I recommend checking and planning carefully in advance. If I have the opportunity to go to another concert in Korea, I would definitely like to use this service again!

They handled everything smoothly, even recently. You retrieve the equipment from a small locker, but the guide is very easy to understand, and it seems even beginners can use it! The price is reasonable, and I'd like to use it again. The weather was hot, so I appreciated the complimentary water, juice, and tea.

I found this rental service after searching for quite a while, and I’m really glad I did. The whole rental process was very easy and foreigner-friendly, making everything smooth and hassle-free. The price was definitely worth it, especially considering I rented the Samsung S26 Ultra 512GB. I loved having the extra storage, and the phone was in excellent condition throughout my trip. I rented it for a concert, and the camera quality was amazing. It captured great photos and videos, even from a distance. Quite disappointed with the outcome of thsi rental. Booking and instructions were easy. Finding the place was really confusing. I selected the one close to the Seoul station and the place is inside a residential flat on the 6th floor. It goes completely unnoticed since the only thing indicating it's there is a small sign on a corner of the building's hall. Even though the service is supposed to be self check in, there was kind staff there who helped me get the phone. My biggest disappointment comes from the phone's quality. I picked Samsung Ultra 26, which is supposed to have the best camera from the series atm. I'm aware these devices come wih factory settings and the camera's not at its optimal capability, but even with that, it fell quite short. I recorded the same concert (Arirang in Busan and Madrid) at very similar sections with this device and my own Samsung Ultra 21 and to my surprise my own phone performed much better (which also has fabric settings btw)
