The concert was at KSPO DOME, but I wouldn't recommend going to Hongdae to pick it up, as it takes about an hour each way. Also, the office address was difficult to find; I had to ask the building manager of the building next door for directions. The pantry was unmanned and only had lockers. They responded via chat, but the locker number was unclear, and I had to open three lockers before finally receiving my rental item. Last time, I chose on-site pickup and the service was excellent, so I recommend choosing products with on-site pickup and in-person assistance.
