Gocheok Sky Dome is a covered baseball dome in Guro-gu, Seoul, and it regularly hosts large K-pop concerts. Being indoors means little weather worry during the show, but the crowd is big, so entry and exit take time, and if you head for the wrong level or gate you can end up walking a long way around the dome. This guide covers getting there, seats and sightlines, entry and bags, the trip home, and what to bring, in a way that applies to any show at the venue.

How to get to Gocheok Sky Dome
Official access guidance lists Guil Station Exit 2, about 150m or a 3-minute walk. Allow separately for event-day queues. Guro and Gaebong are also listed as congestion alternatives, with longer walks; choose a route that fits your mobility needs.
Subway
Most people use Guil Station on Line 1. If you are coming on Line 2, transfer at Sindorim Station to a Line 1 train bound for Incheon and get off at Guil, the stop after Guro. On show days the crowd walking from the station makes the route easy to follow, but the ticket gates and sidewalks get packed, so allow extra time. If the show notice names a recommended exit or walking route, follow that first.
From the airport or Seoul Station
From Gimpo or Incheon Airport, the usual route combines the AREX airport railroad with the subway, and Seoul Station connects directly via Line 1. Line 1 splits at Guro, so make sure your train is the Incheon-bound one that stops at Guil. There may be few places to leave large luggage around the dome, so drop your bags at your hotel first. For arrival-day prep, see the Korea SIM, Wi-Fi, map and payment guide.
Taxi and driving
Roads around the dome can jam badly before and after a show. Getting in and out of a taxi on a main road a short walk from the dome is usually smoother, and event-day parking may be restricted or fill up early, so check the organizer's notice first.

Seating layout and sightlines
Dome concerts are usually split into ground seats (floor) built on the baseball field and stands on several levels around it. Which end the stage faces and whether there is a runway or moving cart vary by show, so the same block name can give a very different view.
- Ground seats: close to the stage but with no rake, so rear blocks rely more on the screens and the heads in front.
- Lower stands: a good balance of height and distance for seeing the whole stage and production.
- Upper stands: far from the stage and screen-focused, but you take in the lighting and the sea of light sticks. Allow time for long stair climbs.
- Seats beside or behind the stage are sometimes sold separately as restricted-view seats. Before buying, check the seat map for the stage, screens, and sound and camera structures.
Getting home: last train and taxis
After the show most of the audience heads to Guil Station at once, and the station may control entry or you may need to let a few trains pass before boarding. Check the expected end time and last trains in advance, and agree on a clear meeting point inside or near the dome. If you are not in a hurry, waiting for the crowd to thin out is a fair option, and taxis are easier to catch on a main road a short walk from the dome.
