After your order is complete, you will receive a reservation confirmation message. Please be sure to check the reservation confirmation message for instructions on how to use the product, as well as how to pick up and return it. We will send confirmations sequentially, so please wait patiently! Your reservation is confirmed only after you receive the confirmation message.
Before returning the item, please check that all items are intact and free of damage. If any items are lost or damaged, please contact the store before returning.
Pick-up/return is not available during non-business hours.
If you return the item after the due date, an additional usage fee (late fee) will be charged. If you fail to return the item without prior notice, the store may consider it lost and take necessary measures.
If your device/equipment is lost or damaged beyond repair, you may be charged compensation based on the product's original cost. Scratches from normal use are considered normal signs of wear and tear and will not incur additional repair costs. In the event of loss or damage, please check the information page and contact the customer service center (store) immediately.
If compensation and late fees are not paid within 3 days, legal/administrative proceedings may be initiated.

FAQs
Pickup Terminal Change: You can change your pickup terminal by contacting customer service by 2:00 PM (KST) the day before your pickup date. Terminal changes on the day of pickup are not permitted. Pickup Time Change: Changes are permitted. However, changing from afternoon to morning may not be permitted, so please contact customer service in advance.
When renting: Please present a copy of the renter's passport (photo). When returning: Please return the vehicle.
It's okay to be late as long as it's during business hours.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The cancellation policy below is the partner's policy and takes precedence over LOCARORA's policy.
- Cancellation 3 days or more before the rental start date: Full refund
- Cancellation 2 days or more before the rental start date: Full refund
- Cancellation 1 day or more before the rental start date: A penalty of 30% of the payment amount applies.
- Cancellation on the day of rental: A penalty of 50% of the payment amount applies.
