Please contact us via KakaoTalk channel "For Holiday" or Naver Talk and ship it the next day via post office courier prepaid delivery. After shipping, please send us the tracking number.

SD Card Pre-Order: 1 new product, excluding rentals, will be shipped. SD Card Rental: 1 rental product will be shipped.
😂 Since SD cards are often damaged when opened, please note that when purchasing an SD card, it will be installed in the device and tested before shipping.
If you're using a laptop or iPad: We also offer an SD card reader for rental. Just insert the SD card into the reader and transfer it.
If you're using a mobile phone: Install the GoPro Quick app and transfer via Bluetooth (only works with Wi-Fi). See User Guide > GoPro > User Guide > Video 2.
😁 iPhone readers or iPhone genders are not provided, so iPhone users can only transfer via the app.
😘 Due to privacy issues, all returned devices will be immediately reset. We do not transfer videos. Please be sure to transfer files before returning the device, as this is stated on our website and in the information sheet provided with your rental.
We will do our best to accommodate your pickup, but please note that same-day terminal changes may prevent pickup. Please check in advance.
Non-receipt due to terminal input errors is not included in the full refund policy. Please be sure to notify us by 4:00 PM one day prior to departure.
If your item is lost or damaged, please notify us immediately via the KakaoTalk channel "For Holiday" or Naver Talk. Once the return is confirmed, we will verify the lost or damaged item and send you a purchase history and estimate to ensure transparency in billing. For loss or damage (to the extent of unusability), you must pay the lowest online price for the same product.

If you check in without receiving your package, we cannot deliver it to you, according to airport regulations.
You can cancel in full up to the day before your trip. (No refunds will be given for unclaimed items on the day of your trip.) Please be sure to collect your package before entering the duty-free area.
