If you are unable to return the item to the airport, or if same-day airport return is difficult due to a flight delay
Please contact us via the KakaoTalk channel '4 Holiday' or Naver TalkTalk, and then send the item via Korea Post prepaid courier the following day. —> Once sent, please send us the tracking number to complete the process.
(We do not cover shipping costs incurred due to flight delays.)
If non-return is confirmed due to failure to notify us in advance, a late fee equivalent to one day's rental rate may apply.
SD Card Pre-order: One new product will be shipped (excluding rental items).
SD Card Rental: One rental item will be shipped.
😂 Since SD cards are frequently damaged while being opened, please note that when purchasing, the card will be inserted into the device and tested before shipment.
Transferring via laptop or tablet: We also provide an SD card reader, so please insert the SD card into the reader to transfer the data.
Transferring via mobile phone: You can transfer data via Bluetooth by installing the GoPro Quick app (Wi-Fi connection required).

😁 We do not provide separate card readers or adapters for iPhones, so iPhone users can only transfer data via the app.
😘 Due to privacy concerns, all returned devices will be factory reset immediately.

As this is stated on our website and on the instruction sheet provided with the rental, please make sure to transfer your files before returning the device.
We will do our best to ensure you can pick up your items, but please note that if you change your terminal on the day of departure, pickup may be difficult. We kindly ask that you confirm in advance.
Failure to pick up items due to terminal input errors is not covered by our full refund policy. Please make sure to check and inform us by 4:00 PM on the day before your departure. Thank you.
Please report any loss or damage immediately via the KakaoTalk channel ‘For Holiday’ or Naver TalkTalk.
Once the return is confirmed, we will verify the lost or damaged product and send you the purchase history and quotation to ensure transparency in billing. For loss or damage (to the extent that it is unusable), you must compensate for the same product at the lowest price found online.
No. If you proceed with check-in without picking it up, we are unable to deliver it to you due to airport regulations.
Full cancellations are available up to the day before your trip. (No refunds are available for items not picked up on the day of travel.)
