Since 2022, more concerts and venues have been banned from bringing in professional cameras.
This product is for fans who don’t want to miss every expression of their favorite idols at concerts and fan meetings.



Select your rental schedule and complete your reservation on Locarora.
📅 Rental days are counted by calendar date, not by 24 hours.
Once your reservation is confirmed, please check your Locarora message.
It includes your pickup/return location and important rental instructions.
Please visit the meeting point according to your reserved schedule.
📍 Upon arrival, contact our staff through the provided contact channel and share your reservation details.
For returns, please check the package before returning and make sure no items or components are missing.
⚠️ Pickup and return are only available during operating hours.
Pickup and return are available at both Incheon Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
T1: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM
T2: 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM

To change your pickup time or pickup terminal, please contact the CS center by 3:00 PM KST one day before pickup.

If the rental equipment is damaged or lost, please contact the CS center immediately.
If the equipment is not returned without prior contact, appropriate action may be taken.
We do not charge repair fees for normal signs of use, such as light scratches or general contamination.
However, if the product is lost or damaged beyond repair during the rental period, 100% of the product retail price will be charged.
For transparent billing, we may provide the original purchase receipt when charging for loss or irreparable damage.
A one-time fee applies regardless of the rental period.
✅ Minor damage: Customer is responsible for 30% of the repair cost.
❌ Irreparable damage: 100% of the retail price will be charged.
❌ Loss and theft are not covered.
⚠️ This plan can only be added up to 1 day before pickup.
It cannot be added after the rental starts.
For customers who could not transfer their videos during the rental period, or who want to enjoy their schedule without worrying about data transfer, a data transfer service is available.
We can upload your videos to our cloud after return and send you a download link.
